BROKEN ARROW, OK--November 5, 2008--RLS Inc. today announced the addition of Mr. Jeffrey Croll as a Regional Sales Manager. Mr. Croll will lead the sales efforts for RLS products in the Eastern US through the region’s Certified Applicator Network. In addition, Mr. Croll will continue to develop the RLS Certified Applicator Network and collaborate with engineers to ensure that RLS products are specified for the target municipal projects. 

Mr. Croll comes to RLS Inc. with an extensive background in the coatings industry. Prior to his most recent position as an independent manufacturer’s representative, Mr. Croll held an Industrial & Marine Coatings sales position with The Sherwin Williams Company in the Chicago area. Over the course of his career, Mr. Croll has also held regional sales positions with ICI-Devoe Coatings, The Glidden Company, and International Protective Coatings (formerly Porter International). Mr. Croll began his career in the coatings industry as an Assistant Store Manager at Sherwin-Williams after attending Cleveland State University.

Mr. Croll successfully completed National Association of Coatings Engineers (NACE) training and is currently a NACE Certified Inspector. He has earned numerous sales awards, including the Million Dollar Club and Winners Circle Award with The Glidden Company, and the Winners Circle Award with ICI Devoe Coatings.
